The first bag I ordered had a small flaw and wasn't quite right. I am glad I spoke up about it as the follow-up customer service was amazing. Otherwise, I would not have known. Gitte gave me the chance to look through some other options and what I settled on turned out to be the exact bag I was looking for in the first place. I absolutely love it. There were check-ins and updates along the way, and she really worked to make it right. This is not the most expensive purchase anyone has ever made, but James Leather got a really satisfied and loyal customer out of it. Thank you!

The overall quality is superb! The craftsmanship is top notch. I truely only have one issue that had i looked closer I woukd not have purchased. The magnetic snaps are really cheap and they do not hold well at all. I dont understand why regular snaps were not used. Overall complaint. Product itself its truly amazing. Get rid of the magnetic snaps and use traditional snaps. Thanks

Magnet snaps not what I was looking for but ok for day to day and some travel use. Overall feel and finish also not as sturdy as envisioned. Good size and so far utilitarian in uses.
