The process was simple and easy. I was pleased that all my current medications were checked against the ones I ordered and I was notified quickly for approval on an appropriate substitution to prevent a drug interaction. All steps going forward were explained to me by customer service in simple detail. I really felt like I was receiving the close, careful care I expect from a medical provider/service. Everything was perfect! This was my first time ordering here. I chose my product, checked out. I received an email to confirm and to fill out medical questions. They said it would probably take the full 15 days. so about 12 days later I emailed them that I didn't get a tracking number. they emailed me w the tracking number, but the next day the product was at my door. Thank you for the smooth transaction. Will order again in the future!
