I love my pink device!! I had ordered quite a while back.... had not received it... someone from costumer service got in contact with me and I had my order resent to me right away!! Thank y’all so much!!!!

The team at Jawzrsize were most helpful when I had a gagging issue in relation to this product. I am currently acting on their advice and hope to look ten years younger by the end of the week.

I made my original order on the 12th December 2020 and after a month I had still not received anything. I contacted the customer support team and they acted very diligently to arrange another item to be sent out. That was the 15th January 2021. I have still not received the new item and have been told that once again, the item was lost in transit! From the reviews I have read on here, this seems to be an area that is problematic for Jawzrsize. In fairness, their customer support has been exemplary, but that doesn't negate the fact I still have to wait another month or so to receive an item that I paid for in December! That's if it doesn't get lost in transit again! So far my experience has been disappointing.

This product makes me gag so I can't use it. Since I don't have the order number anymore they refuse to issue a refund check.

I started to use the jawzrsize beginner for woman package. I followed the instructions exactly. I was only able to use it three times when I had to stop because the pressure fractured my three front crowns on my teeth to the tune of 3265.00 for replacement not to mention the emotional stress it caused me to have my teeth literally fall out into my mouth and be toothless for a week while trying to get into see a dentist in the area I just moved to. I assume this is probably a really great product but do be forewarned that if you have any dental work on your front top or bottom teeth including fillings, veneers or crowns, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

Love this company, its’ great products and MOST of all its’ customer service team! I have dealt with many customer service reps over the years, and have had a good experience with the greater amount of them, BUT, as good as the majority of them have been, none can hold ‘a candle’ to the customer service reps at Jawzrsize! They are the best! I placed an order that got a ‘little complicated’, sent an email (expected it would take 24-48 hrs to get a response) . . . I received a response, from Sam, within a few minutes. As the order was brought to fruition each email was answered within minutes of being sent. (You might be thinking Sam is the ‘exception to the ‘rule’ of most normal CSRs, ’that is not the case with Jawzrsize). Austin, another amazing team member, finalized my order with the same quick response to my email, extending fast excellent service to the ‘Nth degree’ . . . Fast, Efficient and Effective!
