Lack of communication Over two months passed before I was…
Over two months passed before I was able to get a response on the location and status of my Latin practice dress. Jervae said they had no control over shipping. I asked for a refund and the did refund my entire amount. Poor service

We also made sure you knew about the blizzard massively slowing down our mail and shipping here in KC. You said that these were excuses, but they really were affecting your order, unfortunately. Love the dress
Love the dress! Fits like a glove! Quality workmanship! Shipped quickly! Just thought it was supposed to come with a matching choker, but it did not come with it. But that won't stop me from ordering again!
