Flimsy infrastructure. Websites go down frequently. Email isn't delivered or suddenly stops working. Their "support" says a problem is fixed but actually amplifies it and makes it worse. You can wait days for a resolution with unclear communication. You're left hanging.

This company is not trustworthy. Your websites go offline. Email suddenly stops working. Backups of your files lose literally thousands of documents. They ignore correspondence and ticket requests. If you value your business's integrity, avoid JetHost at all costs. The transition to them from another provider in January was a nightmare. And just when you think it's smooth sailing another bombshell hits. JetHost is not the company to choose for reliable web services. It's cheap. And you know the saying: "You get what you pay for."
