Learn to fly with your fitness-How Does it work? I go where you go! It's like having a personal trainer in your back pocket. It's 1:1 Coaching on YOUR time.Online fitness training emphasizes the critical work that happens outside the gym, which is key to most fitness results—whether you're aiming to lose fat, weight, or build muscle. Studies show that factors like nutrition, sleep, stress management, and daily habits drive 70-80% of fat loss and muscle gain, while exercise alone plays a smaller role. Unlike traditional classes or fitness apps, online training addresses all these components, ensuring that your entire lifestyle aligns with your fitness goals.

Scott and Ali are a great team. Both care greatly about their mentees attaining their goals. They offer easy to understand instruction about how to get there. My only suggestion is that their check in opportunities be expanded. Overall, they want you to succeed and will work hard with you to help you get to your goals. I wish them all success!

As far as being attentive, empathetic, and understanding towards his clients, Scott is the best there is. He really takes the time to understand your unique, dietary and exercise needs and creates a custom training plan to suit you. He’s also available at all times for advice, which can’t be said for a lot of trainers out there. I would definitely recommend him for anybody who’s looking to up their fitness game!
