I really like how Jive is "customizable" and how changes can be made so quickly thru the portal. I also like how easy it is to get help with things on the portal that I am not so sure of--the reps at Jive are friendly and helpful, and good teachers!

Jive sales person was very knowledgable and was a good assistant in making my communication decision. The tech support was very, very helpful in setting up my Apple system.

Nothing but great service. I had a situation after the hurricane this year and called jive and they forwarded all my calls to my cell because I had no internet for 2 weeks. Thanks jive!
