I have been working with Christen Frank for the past two months, and she has really helped me to be focused and motivated in my career search. She has tremendous knowledge about how to help individuals find their potential. Also, Christen works very well with foreign people. She listens to job seekers and aliens the program to their needs. I will recommend Christen to anyone as a career coach.

As someone who was searching for their next career path, I needed some guidance. There are so many things to consider when changing paths and it's nice to get feedback, resources, and suggestions. I was excited to try this service. I looked at 2 of their coaches and noticed many of their reviews were the EXACT same, just with a different coach's name filled in. Literally identical. More reviews were almost identical, with just a few words changed. This screams scam and it's hard to trust anything else about the service or the positive reviews here based on that. The two coach's reviews I compared were Marlo Ramirez and Christine Allen. The company posted a reply saying there was a glitch in their system causing reviews to show on multiple coaches profiles. I do not believe that. They were copy/paste reviews with the COACH'S name changed in the review, but nothing else. If it was a glitch like they said, the review would be identical including the coach's name, not have everything the same but the name changed so you think it's a review for that coach.

In our system, reviews are stored centrally, and when you visit a coach’s profile (e.g., Coach Marlo), the system runs a query to search for reviews containing their name (in this case, "Marlo"). These reviews are then displayed on that coach’s profile. However, due to a glitch, instead of simply fetching the relevant reviews for each coach, the system mistakenly replaced the name in the reviews to match the coach whose profile was being viewed. This made it appear as though identical reviews existed for multiple coaches, with only the name swapped. This was an unintended system error, and we are actively working with our development team to fix it. We’ve identified the root cause and are implementing changes to ensure reviews are displayed accurately moving forward. I was curious about this company and tool as I work in the Career Coaching field. The assessment is helpful to provide enough ideas to research other related roles. Working with Linda Leake was beneficial as she helped me focus on a singular area as opposed to all the things I like and could do. She provided insight and accountability. It's a great process to prompt coachees to take real action instead of more ruminating ;)

After being in a huge slump for several months trying to navigate an ever-dynamic and changing job-sphere with little to no experience in the job market, Jobtest has proven to be a lifesaver. I've specifically had the privilege of working with my incredible coach, Tom Chapman, who clearly has, not just the expertise, but the right drive, candor, and also a down-to-earth personality which allowed me to open up and made me feel like a person and not just a client. He certainly took a true interest in me and my professional goals. My one critique of the company's coaching structure is that I wish I had a little more time to work one-on-one with my coach, as the first meeting is an hour but follow-ups are only 30 minutes. This may be just what some folks need, but I usually like to have ample face-to-face time. My first meeting with Coach Tom was very fruitful. He immediately got down to business with my addressing my strengths, giving me loads of tips and pointers for resume writing and even had some insights into my target industry. He gave me the precise advice I needed to really hone my search and maximize my potential for landing interviews with employers. After, he set up a comprehensive action plan for me and was receptive to all of my questions and concerns, responding very timely, as well.
