The Leading Lightly workshop is a useful exercise in self-examination, and lights a pathway to better mental habits, and mental health.

I felt like this workshop was done really well. Delving into accountability is not easy and the examples and explanation given around accountability, making requests, including all the pertinent information, and apologizing with resolution were all really beneficial to me.

Jody and the team are very responsive and professional. The content provided in the Mind Mastery workshop is fantastic and such an easy way to get yourself into a happier and more successful place.

Strong communication before and during the workshop, time for participation and questions, story telling...the only I would add is maybe break out rooms for the participants to have time to talk to one another.
