I am in the Dirt Flippers apprentice program, and it is amazing. 6 weeks in and we have 2 properties under contract and several more hot leads in our pipeline. His methodology really works. Joe is so responsive, knowledgeable and generous with his time. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to fast track your learning!

I’ve been working with Joe since October. I started by just taking a free Dirt flippers course and decided to try and implement everything I learned. I then decided to become an apprentice. I have to say that he makes himself completely available shares everything he knows and is always willing to help. The process works. It is a business you do have to put in the work and effort. If you do it, it works. He tells you that it’s not for everyone. You do have to invest both time and money, but he shows you ways to do it for less. I have been very pleased with my experience.

Working as an apprentice under Joe McCall has been a game‑changer for me. His teaching style is clear, practical, and grounded in real-world experience. I’ve learned a tremendous amount from his systems, and I’m already using his methods to successfully wholesale land. Joe breaks down the process in a way that makes it both approachable and repeatable, and his guidance has given me the confidence and structure I needed to take action. Highly recommended for anyone serious about land investing.

Joe creates lot of excitement during the sales pitch BUT slides in a disclaimer "I am not guaranteeing similar results". I founded and ran a very successful IT company with annual revenue of $5MM for 27 years and still fell for it. I was the only salesperson in my IT company. Invested $5000 fee, invested two months calling prospects, sent post cards and paid subscription fee to Freedomsoft and purchased leads from Freedomsoft. I lost about $7000 cash and 2 months of effort with zero results. It is NOT part time job. It requires lots of research and finding a party who is desperate to sell. It is very very very difficult. No one is willing to sell his/her land at 1/3 the price of what is current market value of the land. UNLESS you are willing to invest 8 to 12 hours a day and have $10,000 to risk. I DO NOT recommend this training course. Joes gets (I firmly believe, but I have no proof) referrals fees/commissions from all the services/tools Joe recommends and the tools are necessary to run this business. I think he make lot more money selling this training than flipping the land himself.

What a FRAUD, Joe McCall. In my opinion, this person should not be walking the streets. Save your money and use it to buy land.

What made my experience great was the team. The clear decisive actions played out for not cost. Joe and his team want you to be successful and the tools he gives to you is priceless. I highly recommend the buy into the VIP access to get even more. I can do this and so can anyone one that decides to be motivated.
