I started amble back in August of 2025 and I was skeptical at first. My 1st round i really didn't see a difference, I asked for a higher does ,was told I couldn't get one until my next dose, imagine my disappointment. But when the higher dose started coming, I went from 200 lbs to 135 in 4 months! I got my husband on it and a friend of mine. I would recommend Amble to anyone!
