Shortly after signing up for Amble, I received a text message from Emma asking if I had any questions. At the time I did not. Months went by and I received my RX and was completely satisfied with everything. I had a bump in the road with the check-in process and I submitted a ticket to support and I reached out to respond to the message Emma sent when I enrolled. She has followed my issue through to resolution and turned an aggravating experience into a positive one.
