I have struggled to loose weight for so long and now Amble has given me the chance to do just that faster than I ever could by myself! I am more than ready to shed these lbs!

I’ve been with Amble since 2024 and my experience lately has been really frustrating. Communication is extremely slow and it can take days to get a response from support, even when the issue involves medication and billing. Recently a doctor prescribed me a completely different dose without reviewing my previous prescription or confirming anything with me. I had been on a higher titration plan and requested an increase, but instead I was prescribed a much lower starter dose. I reached out immediately before the order processed to correct it, and instead of just fixing the mistake, support started referencing cancellation policies and possible fees. It’s very concerning that a doctor can prescribe a medication without looking at your history, and that if there’s an error the patient is the one dealing with the consequences. The platform is also confusing, and the lack of communication between doctors and support makes the whole process stressful. I’m still trying to get clear answers and support. For a service that deals with prescriptions and healthcare, the response time and coordination really need to improve.

Getting started was very easy. My only complaint would be that my medication was shipped two-day through Fed-EX from the pharmacy and it took a week and was not cold. Hopefully my 2nd shipment will arrive on time and still cold.

I ordered a 3 month supply and the vial I received expired within 56 days meaning I’d miss my last 3 doses. Thankfully I noticed this or else I’d have been injecting unstable medicine. The options they gave me were for a $120 refund or a credit to a NEW purchase , meaning I couldn’t use it towards my next dose needed bc that’s a refill. When I asked how I could avoid this happening again .. I got no response. I had to email them again after 3 days with no response to just confirm I’ll take the refund option.I settled for a refund and will be switching vendors. Not satisfied with my experience.

I started using Amble GLP-1 back in December 2025. My starting weight was 145 and my goal was 139. I am now up to 152. I have been on other companies meds and have lost weight and maintained. Amble's meds did not cruve my appetite at all. I have felt hungry the whole time on their GLP-1. I do believe that I paid a lot of money for a placebo.I will never order from this company again. Would love a partial refund but I know they will not admit that that the Meds were not the real thing. Very disappointed in my weight gain, considering with other companies I was doing great.
