Used this service a year ago had no issues, this year my money was collected upfront. The dosage available for me to pick was 15 MG and that’s what I’ve been on for the last two years they prescribed me 13.5. I said I don’t want a lesser dose requested to cancel, they charged me $100 cancellation fee even though it’s their fault not mine. They offered a 15 MG when I picked what dose I wanted I asked why a lesser dosage, then they message me after I canceled to tell me that they don’t carry that dose anymore said that due FDA guidelines they only do 13.5mg. How is everybody else able to prescribe 15 MG including Eli Lilly. Why did they offer it available for me to pick if they don’t even carry it I would’ve never spent my money on a three month supply to then have to cancel and be out $100.
