Update : well date of 08/30, and still have not been contacted from Amble or any customer service as they states below. Do not use them. I am leaving this review because Amble Health's customer service has not responded to my messages, or emails in the last three days. My Tirzepatide refill status changed to "Sent to Pharmacy" on August 15, 2026. It has now been 12 days, which is past the promised shipping window, and I have received no tracking info or updates. I have been with you for little over a year and never experienced this kind issues or service. When you already taking my money and then cant respond is an issue. I conta ted the pharmacy you have used with my script for a year now and they have ot recieved anything from you guys. This delay is causing a gap in my weekly medical treatment. I need a manager to look into my account immediately, contact the pharmacy, and send my tracking number. Im sorry it got to put this review but I had no other way to et help.

Absolutely love Amble. I have been with them for 20 months and have lost 85 lbs. Affiliate, Alexis, has so much knowledge and I'm so glad that she is there to help me on my journey. I would NOT go through ANY other telehealth to get my meds because I know with Amble, they are safe and arrive fast!

Maria helped me out in so many ways. i was getting the run around with a few of the customer service people and no one was helping me. then Maria took the time to dig into my issue and actually provide me with information and help. i cannot express how much help she actually was to me! i hope i get her again if i ever have any issues! she really goes out of her way to help and make things right! ❤️

I’ve been using amble for a while now and the service is always great. Doctors and customer service (Emma) always get back to me immediately after I leave a message or have any questions. Not to mention shipping is always fast.
