When I reported experiencing mild nausea, they lowered my dose and made me do 2x shots per week without asking if that's what I wanted to try. When I asked if I could go back to my last dose they said it was my fault for reporting nausea. I even put in the check in that the nausea was manageable. They keep shipping me the lower 2x per week dose even after I told them it wasn't working for me. I messaged the doctor again to see about a change. They never responded and stopped shipping to me altogether. I figure whatever and moved to a different provider. 5 whole months later, they sent me a slew of messages at 4:00 AM and restarted my Rx and charged me before I was awake to tell them to stop. I messaged them as soon as I saw and asked them to please stop the Rx before it was shipped and reverse the charge. They waited until the end of the day Friday to finally respond and only said they had to elevate it to the manager who wouldn't be able to respond until Monday. This company has no support phone number so you are at their mercy waiting for chat/email response. The manager not only didn't refund my money but only offered to waive a cancelation fee. A fee to cancel after you charged me without consent after 5 months of radio silence? Gee thanks. Stay far far away.

Okay so let me start off by saying I have searched for a company who would help me affordably stay on these meds and I finally found them! Amble has been amazing when it comes to pricing/affordability, as well as prescription approval's. Took me a while to make the jump from my regular doc to Amble out of fear, but Amble helped save me $200 a month. The one down fall I have is meds do not always ship out right when you think, but I have never had to go without my meds, so I am still happy. Customer service is on the slower side but I am so BLESSED to have found an affiliate Alexis to be able to help me. If I am having any issues at all she’s right there to make sure support is getting it taken care of. Any questions she’s there to answer, any issues she’s solving them. The community that I have gained within this company is so amazing and what makes it that much more special.. I am SO glad I found Amble and will Continue to use them as long as I am on these meds…. -Crystal-

I started Amble 2 years ago on my weight loss journey. It has been absolutely amazing. The prescription was sent within 10 days. I was able to ask my physician questions. Amble is not just about weight loss but truly the quality of life. Also, I use their glutathione. My skin looks absolutely amazing. Amble is amazing. Customer service is great.
