Align pharmacy through Amble has shipped me warm medications 3 times now. They refuse to give me a refund or use a different pharmacy. All help chats are AI robots and are useless. STAY AWAY. Edit: amble responded saying they were going to reach out and they did not.

I was concerned about ordering Tirzepatide online. The product is legit and the prices are among the lowest I’ve found. I had some trouble maneuvering the website but was able to figure it out. Communication is through the website only, no phone number, but I’ve received responses usually within 24 hours. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the website issues

I had a an issue with refilling my prescription. It was after hours and I wasn't able to chat with Amble. I think it's so awesome you can leave an message for the support department and they will reach out to you as soon as possible. I'm sure there are many many messages left from other Amble patients. In less than 24 hrs Amble contacted me about the issue I had and resolved the matter. That's one of the things I love about Amble there prompted reply to fix any issues that you have. I've been with Amble for almost 2 yrs now on my weight loss journey and I trust this company with my whole heart. Clinicians reply quickly with solutions and concerns you may have or explained any uncertainty questions you may have about your medication. If your looking to start your weight loss journey Amble is a great company to choose. I think you'll be happy with your results. Choose Amble Health!!

Affordable, but customer experience is AWFUL... They are TERRIBLE at responding on-time, constantly screw up orders & requests, and never listen to the problems at hand - very clearly either robots or limited to using pre-compiled responses and nothing else. Doctors are not knowledgeable, basically just there to write your scripts. Also, don't forget to read the fine print as they hide a $100 non-refundable cancelation fee for when you close your Amble account.
