Paid for 3 months supply and only received a month. Reached out via chat and phone and no response except a bot. It’s ridiculous that you can’t get a person to actually respond. Requested a refund and still waiting.

UPDATED TO ONE STAR: Tried several times to cancel, keep getting charged and have had to dispute charges with my bank twice now. The company ships when they so feel like, and has no option to call anyone. Submitting messages just gets you a bot auto reply, and actual assistant responses take on average a week. If you message again before receiving a response, you are put to the back of the line. TERRIBLE communication. It was so easy to sign up and get started. Very straight forward process. However shipping is slow and my second month of treatment is now late. Difficult to get a hold of someone and responses seem auto generated. Good value but poor communication. Also I was told in exchange for a review, I would get free upgraded processing/shipping. Left the review and it's a non-working link. Updating to share this.
