I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I've been taking their GLP medication for a while, and unfortunately it just didn't work for me. I don't necessarily blame the company for that since everyone responds differently. My two-star rating is because of the customer service. They make cancellation unnecessarily difficult. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for about a week. After finally finding the cancellation option, I agreed to the $100 cancellation fee because the order had already been sent to the pharmacy. Since then, no one has responded to my messages or my follow-up email. I feel completely ignored and have no idea whether my cancellation has been processed. The lack of communication has made an already frustrating process even worse.

I originally started with another telehealth in 2024. It got too expensive, so I switched to Amble. I have always received very good medication and have had good assistance from Alexis. Then, in 2025/26, I briefly had insurance coverage. Now, I am back with Amble and very pleased with everything.

I have been pleasantly surprised to receive such personalized one on one care through Amble. I did not realize how thorough yet simple the process would be to get signed up, paired with a doctor, and communicated with by customer service thru the process. I’m just starting out with one product but will hopefully add some anti-aging products in as I go.
