I am super over weight. I haven’t had any luck with just diet and exercise. I started my journey just 3 weeks ago and I’ve lost over 5 pounds. I do eat less calories 1200 to 2000 at the most and I try to get high protein. It was so easy to set up and get medicine. Of all people that are supplying a GLP1 I recommend amble.
