Hi Mekhi, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear the delivery experience felt disappointing. I took a look at your order, and it looks like it was placed on Sunday and shipped out Monday morning. Since UPS 2nd Day was selected, the estimated delivery date shown at checkout should have been Wednesday, and your package is currently out for delivery today as expected. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when paying for faster shipping and waiting on an order you’re excited about. We do our best to get orders packed and handed off quickly, and in this case, your order did ship within one business day and is arriving within the UPS 2nd Day window. That said, we appreciate the feedback and will keep working on making our checkout/shipping timelines as clear as possible so expectations are easy to understand before purchase. Thank you again for ordering with us, — Janet August

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! Consistency is something we care a lot about, so it means a ton to know it came through on your end. We work really hard to ensure our smalls provide a great smoke and are a solid value, so this kind of feedback really makes our day! We appreciate you being part of the August Club family and trusting us with your order. Thank you again for the recommendation!

Hi David, I’m really sorry to hear this recent experience left you feeling this way, especially after so many orders with us. We truly appreciate the support you’ve shown August over time, and it’s disappointing to know the last couple of weeks have changed your experience with us. I know shipping delays and unclear carrier updates can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re used to things going smoothly. We’ve reached out a few times because we genuinely want to understand what went wrong and help make it right, but we haven’t been able to connect with you yet. If you’re open to it, please reply to one of our messages or email us at [email protected] so we can take another look and do our best to resolve this. We never want one bad delivery experience to erase the trust we’ve built with you, and we’d really appreciate the chance to help. —Janet August
