We understand the frustration with payment before consultation and unexpected auto refill. Legitimate process concerns we're working to improve. Our system requires payment to start the process for medical consultations, and auto-refill is for treatment continuity, though we need clearer communication about both upfront. We understand the frustration with the changes in follow-up care and pharmacy transitions affecting your results. Going from monthly check-ins to less frequent contact isn't the experience we want for our patients. Different compounding pharmacies can have variations in formulation, and individual responses can change over time. Stagnant weight loss since November indicates we need to reassess your current protocol. I'll reach out to discuss your experience with the different pharmacy formulations and get you back on track.
