Staying on top of dosing.
After being on a GLP1 for a year already being on the semaglutide for a year or more. My body was accustom to the medication, upon switching from semaglutide to tirzeptide, I was put on the lowest dosage of Tirzeptide for 6 months with nothing but gain after getting down to 128lbs, it put my weight up to 139 and at one point 141. When I should have started out at the 20mg/ml dose instead of the 10mg/ml.
