Apparently more than one person per household can’t be with this telehealth. It’s not an issue with anyone else we’ve used. My account was canceled without notice. So was the other person in my house. Customer service is horrible. Basically felt like they already had my money and rather than tell me you can’t have multiple people in the same house, they just said to find someone else for your medication. This only happened after they were trying to force medication that was not wanted from a pharmacy that wasn’t chosen. Then suddenly the excuse was two people with the same address and payment method looked sketchy to them. You’re better off joining somewhere else. They were fine until they weren’t.

You can ask their medical team a question at any time and they are so quick to respond. It's like having all the experts at my fingertips!

Great experience so far. I like that you don’t just feel like a number to them. I’ve gotten several texts and emails asking how I was doing . And when you do reach out to them with questions or problems someone replies within minutes. You really can’t beat their customer service. I’ve had two medication deliveries which were prompt and packaged carefully. Belle is a wonderful company !

Customer service is amazing. I am able to get fully medically supervised and guided access to glp1, peptide therapy and menopause hormone therapy, as well as skincare at unbeatable prices with an excellent patient experience. I cannot recommend Belle highly enough.
