My precription was taking a little longer than the first time, ordered May 8th and hadn't gotten package 2 days later like first time and I got on JoinBelle chat to ask about it since it was 4 or 5 days and still showing no movement. I immediately got a response within a short time and she had to correct something I did in the settings and then she reassured me it would be delivered that week and she and their team put in for my package to be put in as priority and by Thurs. evening it was moving! They have very good customer support from both times I've ordered from them, always answered my questions and quick to respond, love them!
