Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about the side effects you experienced and understand how concerning that must have felt. Regarding refunds, our policy requires written documentation from a physician within 72 hours of purchase stating that the medication should be discontinued due to severe side effects. At this time, we have not received that documentation. Additionally, as outlined in our general policy, once an order has been placed with the pharmacy, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund. We understand this is frustrating and we genuinely empathize with your situation. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad the ordering and approval process felt easy for you. It’s unfortunately common for insurance to deny coverage for GLP-1 medications, even when recommended by a physician. We’re happy you were able to find a more affordable option that works for you and that the shipping process has been smooth. We appreciate you choosing Bliv and look forward to continuing to support you on your journey!
