They listened to my needs and kept in contact durning the First initial process. I had a bad experience with a different company and was skeptical, but The lady who was helping me did get the process rolling quickly. I received my medication within a week. Yay! I will say that I’m hoping with this company we will have good communication. This is my first time trying any weight loss program.

Embody is quick to take your money but not expedient when it comes to setting you up with a prescription. They ask you initial questions and then they go silent. When you contact them to ask about the status, they will lie about immediate escalation to clinical team and then go quiet again. Then, after two weeks of waiting for someone to contact you, you call them and they will tell you that YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT EMBODY and set up an appointment because "they have questions". Worst experience ever.
