Conflicting information
There is such a lack of communication and misguided information. I signed up for a subscription yesterday and I received multiple texts and email to send my prescription from another provider. None of the messages said who to send the prescription to so I uploaded it into the app under “document center” for previous prescriptions. I still kept getting messages requesting the same thing so I had to text an unknown number my prescription, just for them to keep asking for more proof. Later I got texts saying my order for a walk in test was placed but I never ordered that. It also said I “must” go to a Quest Center for tests and that I’ll receive an email with instructions. I never received an email and the app said I was denied medication so the information is all conflicting. At this point I just want to get a refund if this is how they operate.

Savings, I filled out all the information needed to start my treatment, but I was having problems with the discount code, for some reason it wasn't working. I paid for the program without the code. I figured my health was more important. I mentioned that fact to my friend, and she got in contact with Friday's. The following day I got an e-mail explaining that they were aware of the problem I had with the code, and that i was going to receive a refund. What a pleasant surprise, Fridays is great. Thank you. Deceptive dosage and questionable health service
Join Fridays is a marketing rip off. I have been on this medication for years. The medication they sent me was way too low of a dosage and does not work. They issued a partial refund despite the fact that I cannot use the medication they provided. I have filed a report with the better business bureau and do not recommend using this service
