The practitioners have been wonderful to work with. It’s easy to get and make appointments. Customer service is excellent. I took a star off because my chart seems to be difficult for the Fridays team to read. I have multiple prescriptions and whenever I call in or have appointments it always takes them a moment or two to figure it out before they can help me. This happens every single time I contact them.

Customer service isn’t very helpful. I keep getting emails that the company is trying to charge me again for another 3mths even though I only signed up for 3mths and specifically asked if that would happen. Glad I trusted my gut and removed my billing info. Overall just not a great experience and probably wouldn’t recommend or sign up again unless issues are resolved
