Great customer service. I switched over from a different provider that would take weeks to respond and would lose medication and take no responsibility. I just joined yesterday and my medicine has already been sent to compounding and customer service has been fantastic. Recommending to all of my people and followers for sure. I have been with Join Fridays for almost a year. I came from a different Telehealth company that was way more expensive and they weren't as invested in my health. I love Join Fridays because its affordable but mainly because they are very responsible. They stay on top of my labs and make sure that I am compliant with my injections. It's a great company. Especially for people who may be hesitant or nervous about starting the GLP1 journey.
