I have had a great experience so far. I like that the doctor and dietitians appointments are included with the order. I love that I can request to see the same person if I want to.

I have cancelled my subscription multiple times but they have charged my card again and refuse to send a refund. I have now flagged any charges from them as fraud. Also, the medication is never shipped in a timely fashion. Customer service just has standard copy and paste responses.

Charges should never come as a surprise, and it sounds like these did. We're sorry. This is being looked at properly — we've opened a case from this review, and a member of our team will follow up directly.

Es mi primer semana con mi el tratamiento de tirzepatide y comienzo a sentir más saciedad con menos alimentación. Tenía mucho insomnio y desde el primer piquetito duermo más y me levanto relajada!
