Quality, price, and service are top-notch!

Great customer service - always able to make same-day appointments with medical staff when I have questions about my medication. Would be 5 stars if the appointment blocks were a little longer (10 minutes is not a ton of time, especially if you have more than one question to cover).

Honestly, I haven’t seen much in the way of results. I’ve only been at it for 3 months, and I renewed for another 3, but twice now there have been issues with the shipping. Each time this happens, I end up missing a week of injections. When I call, they tell me that shipments are delayed due to high volume—which doesn’t seem fair, considering they are always very prompt about taking the money out of my account. I’ll give it another 3 months, but I’m still waiting for my medication, and it’s already been 2 weeks since my last injection.

I have been using Fridays for semaglutide since April, and it has helped me lose 48 pounds so far. The process for refills has been incredibly easy, and it's very affordable. I'm so glad to have found this company.

As far as I can remember our family has always struggled with weight issues. Our father is a diabetic diagnosed in his early thirties. My little sister Maria has always struggled with weight and it really brought down her self esteem and even as she played sports her weight prevented her from advancing even more.Today is different my sister found a great company that is helping her bring out the best version of her. Her being a young dedicated mom she's growing into a more positive, creative, and energetic super mom. Good meds, Bad communication. I explained I didn't have a approved testing lab near me and to start my Tst shots I had to get a lab done before they would send meds. After talking to customer service and 2 video consults they finally sent a home test. I prepaid for 6 months and it took almost 2 months to get my first meds. I asked for a supervisor to review my account and extend my date from when labs were done. never a response. I had 2 video chats with video nurses that were suppose to be for testosterone visit and they weren't approved for tst treatment they were to talk about my GLP-1 instead. Which then had to reschedule for 4 days later to talk to approve doctor/nurse. My wife is also using Fridays never got the referral from me signing up with her code, and they switched her meds from NAD+ to B12 with out saying anything and when talking to customer service they sent new meds but sent b12 again. Probably won't continue with Fridays.
