I researched quite a few companies before deciding on Fridays. I have not been dissatisfied with anything so far. There was going to be a delay with one of my refills, and they were very quick to rectify the issue before it caused me to go without my medicine by the dosage time. I have already lost more weight than I expected so far, and feel that my health is being monitored as I progress.

I moved my prescription from a different company to Friday's because the price was more affordable. The intake was more thorough at Fridays and I had a video consultation right away. The reason for my headline was because I think they lost my prescription and it didn't get filled for almost 2 weeks. Trying to find the correct person or dept. to discuss this with was difficult but it finally got taken care of and very smooth ever since. Later when I wanted to increase my dosage I requested another video consultation that same day, the next day the prescription was being filled so I think it was just a fluke at first.

Fridays is fairly easy to set up and get started. No hidden fees and very proactive customer service. I can usually speak to a provider (via phone appt) within 24 hours.
