Cancelled after two weeks- Unorganized company and shady pharmacy

I signed up with high hopes of great customer service that I’d seen on TT reviews. Uploaded my current script twice and still was prescribed (and charged for) the starter dose twice. Finally had to schedule a video call with a provider to get things straight. Then was told again to submit my current prescription and received two bills for $275. Once meds arrived from Smart Scripts I contacted customer service again bc meds were hot and the ice pack was melted. I was advise the vial is still fine to use. However after one month at this dose I’ve lost not a single lb. I’m convinced this is not true semaglutide. I’d definitely steer clear of this company! After researching others’ experiences I found that Smart Scripts has been sued for fake meds. So between the unorganized provider and a shady pharmacy this is NOT a company you want to use. ETA: after seeing the company's response it doesn’t matter if Smart Scripts is a distributed or compounding pharmacy. The medication is simply not legit.
