Wrong meds were ordered. Took a couple extra days to get the correct invoice/med order. Just wish it would get better priority when a mistake is made, as I travel for work and have to carefully plan for delivery dates and locations.

I’m a huge fan of this company. They are responsive and live their values. They have got me my PA after rejection and have sent me FDA 503ab compound during shortages. I recommend them to everyone I know.

You all need to fix your automated emails. When someone changes their credit card on file, it does not update your emails so the customer receives incorrect emails for weeks.

This is the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with a dr appt. Easy to schedule, great interaction with the dr while I’m on lunch at my job, and quick delivery of prescription.

My maintenance dose was changed after months due to "protocol". After attempting via patient portal messaging to schedule an assessment, automatic message said I could not until I paid invoice. No discussion with my provider and automated messages is unacceptable. I've maintained a healthy weight for months on my maintenance dose just to be titrated to a starter dose. It will take months to get back to maintenance dose, unacceptable! After all my hard work just to be possibly jeopardized due to lack of communication. As a clinician myself there still has not been a just reasoning and not to mention a tenured customer. Not happy!
