Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and helpful with questions or issues. Appointment scheduling is easy, and the doctors are kind and helpful.

I learned about Fridays through a TikToc creator. So far I have been very happy with my decision to go with them for my Semiglutide. Quick responses, fast shipping, and very affordable for the average person! The doctor was also very pleasant and easy to work with.

Three months in…
I have been a member for three months and have learned so much about the medication tirzepatide and my body. At the beginning, time zones were off with daylight savings and I missed my appointments but customer service was on it and corrected the system. To be transparent, meeting with more than one consultant is my recommendation for anyone to find their match. I found mine and he is amazing! He is patient, informative and positive. I recommend JoinFridays to anyone. 🙂

Patient and caring
I think the nutritionist Darby is the greatest. She is so helpful and patient. She really listens to everyone's concerns and is very proactive about responding to people.

Medicine ships quickly
Medicine ships quickly, I have have a great experience so far with them. I think the refill process could be better, I was never told how to do things on their site or where to go for that stuff so I just had to figure it out as I went along. Doctors seem nice.
