Great provider to work with!
The process of scheduling an appointment with a doctor and getting prescribed safe medication is made easy by Join Fridays. They are always available to answer any questions I have and offer many options for coaching. Medication delivery is fast and easy. I can’t recommend enough.

Great company!
Super easy process to sign up. They offer more professional health-related services than most of the other companies doing what they do! They work with Insurance, do blood work, and have actual doctors and nurses you actually speak with/see! So happy I switched! Process was quick, and shipping was fast!

So far, so good!
So far, so good! The best part about Friday's is your medication arrives within days in super safe and secure packaging. I lost 10lbs after my first month on the lowest dose! Truly a blessing to have somewhere reliable to get my weightloss medication. My only reasoning for not giving 5 stars is that when I scheduled a follow up video call with my doctor, (which I thought I had to do) no one showed up... but apparently that's not necessary to receive medication so that's fine.

Ease and Flexibility
Being a small business owner with 2 children under 5 the convenience of Join Fridays is unmatched. Setting up appointments on the app is simple and My medications come right to my door ! They even send pre authorizations right to my insurance company to see if I would be able to get my meds covered. I feel like I barely have to lift a finger. I refer all my friends to JoinFriday because I love them so much !

Great customer service
I have had a good experience so far. Sometimes it’s hard to schedule appointments through the portal but they have excellent customer service. I have found that the pharmacies vary in quality. One pharmacy they used one month shipped my items without an ice through USPS and I didn’t even know when it arrived. The other pharmacies have shipped through the fed ex or ups with tracking and packed in ice.
