Fridays has a fantastic staff that answers questions promptly. I get the impression that Fridays truly cares for their patients because there’s always a new service coming out (and no increase in membership). Dr. Jensen is very professional and caring. Overall, I highly recommend Fridays to anyone needing help with their metabolic health.

The great part was how helpful staff that I reached out to was with me. Prompt replies and problem solving. I had a different experience with provider follow through in them not showing up to appointments on time or even showing up at all!

So far I’ve enjoyed this company. They’ve helped me get my insurance to cover medication for me. But I wish after the approval things would move a bit faster. I feel like the process could be a lot faster. It almost feels like they drag it out so they can continue to charge you the monthly membership. I’ve been charged twice and still have no medication. I’m sure if you went the route without using insurance it would be a little faster but I can’t confirm that.

Fridays doctors really care about their patients. I have been on Terzepatide/Zepbound at the 2.5mg dosage for 21 weeks. Many people I know titrate up every month and have all sorts of issues. I’ve been able to stay at the lower dosage and my Fridays doctor has reviewed my labs and progress and sees no reason for me to move up since I’m successful on the lower dosage. I appreciate that he is not like other doctors and just titrating me up quickly. Fridays offers so much to their patients in the way of ongoing support with group sessions. I’m thankful to have found this amazing organization.

Join Fridays made it amazingly easy to get an initial appointment and I received my GLP medicine in a timely fashion. Reordering was also easy and it made sure there was no delay between doses.
