Thank you for sharing your honest feedback—we’re so sorry you had this experience. We understand how frustrating unclear pricing, unexpected account changes, and a lack of follow-up must have felt, and it’s not the kind of care we want for you. Please give us another chance to help. The best way is to start in the chat, then request a call back so a rep can reach out to you right away. We’d love the opportunity to make things right.
