I chose Levity based off price and other customer reviews and they sure proved to be right! Amazing customer service, I had to call because I made an address error for shipping. I was warmed greeted, had my issued resolved in under a minute and was given some extra helpful information since I am new to this journey! Just started to first dose last Friday 10/4 and I'm following a tailored nutarian plan.

This service is very efficient and takes the stress out of receiving, dosage, injection how to, and storage.

So far I took one shot. So far so good. I was on Mounjaro last year, and it was a miracle for me. My insurance company changed, and they would no longer cover it for me. I was looking for a reasonably priced company to buy it from to continue my weight loss journey. I’m happy so far, but food cravings are still here. I’m hoping it goes away in the next shot or two. I stayed at 5mg of Mounjaro for 8 months, and it worked beautifully for me. I’m hoping this medication works the same way. I think I need the next higher dose. Once there, I hope to stay there for a long while. Very easy in regard to shipping and communication with this company so far.

I was pretty excited to start my journey with Levity. I was a little concerned on how long it was taking for me to receive my meds. Being that I was already on the meds and I was taking a gamble on switching companies under the impression that I would receive my medication before it was time for my next dosage. I was wrong, I was a week late due to whatever reason. I’m willing to give it another chance, If my next doses is on time and I don’t miss a dose and I am able to increase my dose with no issue I will change my rating. We shall see. But the customer service was amazing communication is great but they definitely need improvement with shipping. That’s my only complaint! I understand things happening but when you’re serious about your weight loss journey and paying a couple of hundred bucks, you expect top notch service. The reason I switched companies was for the convenience, but if I’m going to receive my meds late every single month I might as well switch back and go back to picking up my meds. At least I know I will receive my dosage on time. *UPDATE: I am beyond please with the service I have received from Levity, as promised they made sure I received my medication in more than enough time so that I can continue to be on schedule. If you are hesitant about starting your journey with Levity, don’t be! You will not regret it!

Hi Breyon, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback; it truly helps us improve our services We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order. Our partner pharmacy, Strive, is currently managing an unusually high volume of requests and has also been impacted by the recent hurricane, which has regrettably contributed to further delays. Please rest assured that we are working closely with Strive to find a solution to ensure your dosing schedule remains on track. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and are grateful for your continued trust in us. Kind regards, The Levity Team

The process was easy and comfortable. Every time I emailed them someone answered me within an hour which shocked me. To know that they cared about my concerns was really a plus for me. I followed the procedures and was approved quickly. The medicine came in the mail from a legit pharmacy and I feel great since taking the semaglutide. So easy to use and the dr and support system is always there!!

It took almost a week to get the email with tracking information. As soon as I got the delivery tracking number it was delivered the next day packed on ice packs. The needles were a little flimsy. I bent the first one on accident trying to adjut the dosage. I'm not sure if this is normal with needles of this gauge. I ordered some new ones from a different company to see if they are more sturdy. It's been almost 48 hours and I am having a hard time keeping any food down. Caffeine may be triggering this. But it's a struggle. I'm hoping the neaseua ends before I return to work tomorrow. So far, would still recommend if I get used to the medication and start seeing results.
