My doctor never showed up on line. Waited 25 minutes.

I’m 57 years old and I’m having a great experience with MIDI. My NP listens to my concerns and discusses solutions, and how those solutions may impact me as well as my insurance. I appreciate that she reviews my charts and test results before the appointment and is READY, right on time. I also find the appointment reminders and scheduling to be easy and helpful. When I have questions between appointments, they’re easy to submit via the app, and I get a response from a health practitioner within 24 hours. This has been a wonderful healthcare experience. Like, real HEALTHCARE for women.

Kira was amazing. She explained everything and answered all of my questions in 20 minutes. Called in my prescriptions and rescheduled my follow up for the next month. It was all covered by my insurance with a $25 copay. 3 days in and I’m already noticing a difference in how I feel. 5 stars.

This was the first time a doctor listened to me! All inquiries were specific to me. I was given options for solutions as we, as a team, decided the best health care practices FOR ME. The price was reasonable. The pharmacy was cheap. I had quality health care in which I could afford. Fantastic.
