Polly has a phenomenal customer service…
Polly has a phenomenal customer service team. They respond quickly to resolve issues. My shipments have never been late or missed. The doctor chat feature is also incredibly useful, and responses are prompt. I thought about switching to a cheaper brand, but I cannot leave due to the care Polly shows their clients!

Polly has been the best for me so far
Polly has been the best for me so far. I’ve lost 15 pounds in a little over a month. They also have very good customer service, very prompt, and very friendly. I communicated with Tess via email and she was so friendly and easy to work with. Thank you Polly!

Overall experience
Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience. Ordering the medications I need has been easy, and anytime I’ve reached out to customer service, they’ve responded quickly and genuinely tried to help. I do wish the prices were a little more comparable to other GLP-1 companies, but I really appreciate the free shipping, reliable shipping updates, and how simple the website is to use. Everything has felt straightforward and convenient.
