I have contacted Polly a couple of times since I started my journey and had received a response almost immediately. I was able to ask questions and answer questions via email with an immediate response every time.

Ernest was great, best customer service in the year that I have been buying from Polly. Responsive, detailed and quick turnaround. But you gusy really need an 800# too
