The puzzle station was a gift. It was easy to assemble. It tilts and has drawers for puzzle pieces. It also came with a puzzle that is going to be fun to put together and it's nice. It was easy to contact a representative, who was friendly, efficient and sent my gift card promptly. I look forward to using the puzzle station.

I cannot express how amazing JoyBerri’s customer service has been. My trampoline got caught in tornado-strength winds, blew a couple of blocks away, and was completely destroyed. With my large family, this was such a huge disappointment for all of us. I reached out to JoyBerri to see if they could help, and Raymund responded almost immediately. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process. To my surprise, JoyBerri offered to completely cover the cost of a replacement trampoline. The product was excellent. Communication was over-the-top!! Shipping was fast and free! My table went together easily and I did it by myself-even though it recommended having a second adult to help. It can be done alone-and I’m 67 years old! All the pieces were there including all the “equipment” you might need. I love the levels. And the cover. And the bag with the puzzle. The height adjustment gives you a lot of options. Very happy with my purchase!

There was an issue with some broken parts, and they instantly sent an entire new trampoline! Perfect service!
