I purchased the high-end release in the Haley Berry box- definitely not worth it. Don’t like the app or the company’s related privacy policy. To get the added red light intensity and extra features the app download is required which means i paid for functionality I cannot even exploit. It’s basically a low-grade curling iron with literally a few red lights. Don’t like the sticky gel they make you buy either. Not enough lubricity. The manual also says the device usually lasts two years. Total rip-off, waste of money.

I liked it when I received it. It did help with intimacy. But you can't use it without being constantly upsold. You have to switch out of their advertising to use the product, this after paying several hundred dollars. It is also planned for obsolescence after two years. Mine lost the red light feature, and now it only vibrates. I'm waiting for prime days to order a much less expensive vaginal red light wand.. I do not recommend Joy Luxe, an OB marketing tool. As if doctors aren't already the highest paid industry in the country.

So far I've just started. I bought it months ago, but it wouldn't fit in my vagina. So I bought dilator, which was extremely uncomfortable, but effective, and obviously needed after years of no intercourse. Excited to be starting this party of my journey.

It does always work even when it's fully charged . It us helping, but can't use it when I want as it doesn't always actually work . For £250 I feel this isn't what I would expect . Quite disappointed.

I have not tried the product yet. But the bottle seems small and hard to get out of the bottle and since the bottle is not clear, u can't see how much is actually in it. Could be half full.

The subscription did not provide enough variety of products. I have a surplus of soaps, washes and wipes. The device itself is great. I wish they offered regular hygiene wipes, supplements and vaginally creme. Additionally, a skin oil that was hypoallergenic and not eccential oil scented.

I like the product, and purchasing and shipping went smoothly. The problem I have is with app plus upgrade. I'm having issues setting the app up. It is hanging up on scanning the QR code and it won't bypass that step therefore I cannot use the app to operate the vfit gold. This upgrade cost $100 so I hope it is resolved soon. I have contacted customer service, but no reply yet.

Very disappointed to read that this device only lasts 2 years. That's a pretty heavy investment for ST use.
