DO NOT Do business with joyous. Use their competitors. They are so automated that they will not help you. They charged me every month for 6 months and only got my medicine to me 3 times. I tried to get ahold of them and you get NOTHING. There is no number to call just text or email even though they say we are here for you. Then they try to say we got a hold of you via email which by law is not getting ahold of you it has to be in writing or on the phone with the verified person ( there is actual case law on this).So go to their competitors like MINDBLOOM or CHOOSEKETAMINE.COM so you don't get almost $400 stolen from you by the people that say that they are there to help you

Hi Jesse, we are sorry to hear you did not have the best experience. In your review, you stated you received 3 medication packages and was charged for 6 months. The Monthly Subscription covers the entirety of Joyous's services and does not correlate with the amount of medication needed, as we understand some months an individual may need 2 refills, others they may not need a refill, but either scenario does not affect Monthly Subscription. What made my experience great is the fact that they really do care about you as a person. The team texts you everyday and makes sure you have taken your medicine, asks how you’re feeling, and I couldn’t ask for more. This journey thus far has me excited to keep coming along for the ride. My mental health has improved within the last month and I’m sad to say I can’t financially afford it as of right now but am waiting for their response on financial help!!

Very affordable and effective. I felt rushed during the clinician visit and there's not too much for support but if you have an idea of where you're going you can do it with them.

I used Joyous for about two months, and was very happy with the medical providers. I received the medication in a timely manner. I felt reassured by the frequent text check-ins that someone cared about my progress, but I could also answer the survey questions on my own schedule. The medication also worked very well for me. Overall, I would highly recommend Joyous without any reservation.
