Joyous has changed my life. After a few days I started to FEEL again...and now after more than 2 months, I am a new person. My depression and anxiety treatment with traditional pharmaceuticals had stopped providing relief and without Joyous, I have no idea how I'd be feeling today. The process is thorough and the AI communications were easy to do and follow. So very grateful for this type of support!

Horrible company. They say they will help and answer questions, but I had texted and asked questions for the check-in with no response. I was experiencing side effects (breathing difficulties) and asked about this multiple times with no response. The check-ins are also very confusing since they send you multiple links in a day as "reminders" even when you complete the check-in earlier in the day. I also asked about this, and received no response. Update: Even though Joyous responded to my review (showing they clearly know who I am, despite their false claims in their response), they tried MONTHS later to flag my review saying they did not believe I was a former customer. I am definitely not the only person they have tried doing this to - this is what they do if anything negative is written about them. Very shady company.

SCAM The provider had me sitting on Zoom we could see each other but no sound. I use Zoom all the time so it's not me. Then they sent a text saying I missed my apointment. RESCHEDULED for the next day but same thing happened. 20 minutes seeing my provider but no sound. I have more anxiety right now from them. They did want a picture of my ID. Wonder what they will do with it!? K No communication via phone or email.

Joyous has been a life changer. 3 months ago I was essentially housebound. I didn’t want to do anything and had little motivation to change due to crippling anxiety and a lack of self worth. Within the first month of treatment I was out of the house and reconnecting with friends I hadn’t seen in over 20 years. It felt as if a switch had been turned on and I became the outgoing person I once was. I can’t recommend this treatment enough. For anyone debating whether or not the cost is reasonable, financial assistance is available. I live on a fixed income and they worked with me to fix a price that is affordable to me. The treatment includes daily check ins and Zoom visits with a physician. Everyone is so kind and always immediately available to answer questions or concerns. This protocol is nothing short of miraculous and I highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling. It works.

Very straightforward, arrived in a timely fashion, definitely seems to have an impact in my day-to-day patience levels, way less intrusive thoughts. Brain seems to work better at work, easier to put my phone down and go to sleep at night. Definitely worth a shot for anyone considering treatment.
