JTF Business SystemsReviews of jtfbus.com

JtF is the place to start. You probably won't need to go anywhere else - they've got everything and can take your description of what you need and make suggestions. Ask in particular for Zach - the guy is a machine when it comes to knowing what JTF sells, matching it to your needs, figuring best value for the dollar, lowest overall cost.... everything. You'll save hours of research if you just ask him, and you can be sure you're doing the buying -- he isn't selling.

My local JTF didnt have a bed I wanted so I phoned theTamworth store a lady on receiption Sue was very helpful she went and checked if they had one in stock and called me back. when I got to the store she sorted out a chap to help me (ADAM) load it in my car They were both a great help

Absolutely the best customer service I have experience in... I don't know when! I was getting, what should have been, a simple quote. It sure turned out to be more complicated. My sales consultant, Lila, was the ultimate professional. She was kind, courteous, patient, and timely in what I'm sure is a very crazy time for everyone. Much appreciated!!!

Our salesman, Zach, and the rest of JTF Business Systems go above and beyond everytime. It does not matter if we are purchasing a new printer or simply ordering toner for an existing model. They are prompt and professional with every call or email. Without a doubt, the best company we have used for our office technology needs!

Great Experience buying from them!

Great service from Adam at Tamworth JTF. Helped us load our trolley, sourced an item we could only find online, help us load our items into the car, told us (truthfully) what a bargain the BBQ we bought was, and complimented me on my nail poish!

What sets this company apart from other companies is not just the products they provide but it is their customer service. When speaking with them on the phone or conversing with them via email, they are warm, personable, and geniune. They will go the extra mile to ensure that the customer fully understands all details of the order to include when and how it will be shipped. There is one employee that I would like to recognize as the epitome of a Business Service Representative and that is Mr. Jonathan Bennett. Thank you, Mr. Bennett, for your patience and professionalism, as well as the products your company provided me.

I was given the job of finding a high volume copy machine. After researching the Internet for three weeks for the top 25 high volume copy machines for our business, I stumbled upon JTF Business Solutions. I used the "Chat Now" feature with JTF Business Solutions. While chatting with JTF Solutions, they asked me to name the features that I would like on a copy machine. The Xerox Workcentre EC7856 is a top-notch copier. After providing the features that I wanted, JTF provided me with a quote the same day. When I completed the first job on the new Workcentre, my boss sent me an email stating, these handouts look 10000% better. Thank you JFT Business Solutions
