The best thing about the experience is that the checkin and the checkout processes are very smooth. The rooms are well kept and the common areas are clean. I think the location of the property that I stayed in was also very good.

Really enjoyed my stay. From the application process, to move in, all during my stay and at checkout. Really enjoyed it. Thanks!

It was a very convenient short solution for short term leases

Apartment was dirty all the time, no cleaning took place. They over-charged for utilities grossly. I never had hot-water and for this they promised a $256 refund, which they then halved to $129 and gave it to me as "Credits" which I could not use since I was only staying for one month. They then deducted 140 USD for utilities, in a small apartment with 5 people, a ridiculous amount. They tried to take my full security deposit for a water-damaged wall, thankfully I took videos and pictures of everything as I moved in and sent it to them. Poor customer service, penny pinchers.

Rented with June homes for just a semester and the whole process was very intuitive. Customer support was responsive and helpful. Not many rental companies in Boston offered leases as short as June so I was thankful that they still had the listing available. Lastly, as an international student it was very nice that they allowed international guarantors many places do not allow this.

I stayed in a June homes apartment over the summer and found the whole renting process really easy. It’s a good option for a quick renting experience and the apartment was cleanly and well-priced (included washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and parking).

As first-time founder in Austin, I am glad that Antler introduced JuneHomes to me. I had no clue about the city before, Airbnb was expensive, other leasing services required complicated paperwork and it took so long to process. I am happy with JuneHomes service as prompt response, supportive agents on onboarding and off-boarding process; they also offer $20 reimbursement for each tenant, what a nice offer. I will choose to stay with JuneHomes for upcoming visits in Austin and NYC for sure.

The room was great for the price! I also loved how easy was the app to use and when there was issues support was quite swift in their resolution.
