RANI - Customer Service - Absolutely atrocious support with no help of any kind. When you show more issues that they have no answer to they say you have to pay for support to get support to fix there problems. LOL -- Service is not service, it's you begging for answers and pulling answers like a torture episode. -- They made multiple false promises about there AI abilities - the transcriptions are horrible - the number they assign you is a spam flagged number from Oregon and if you want a better number it costs money. Even though they promise you one of your choice within reason. - Just the definition of false promises, scamming staff, horrible communication, zero answers, and continuous run around.

I love that you have to go through a verification process to use their services. Says a lot about their integrity.

I had a problem with some new phone numbers were not hitting the IVR and getting the desired response. Dhruv kept at it, even when I got tired on a Friday afternoon and we got it done. This guy deserves a raise !

Hard pass on this company! 1) Getting questions answered and support take forever. 2) Even if you get support, they never answer the questions or provide support for what you need. 3) Setup and systems are SO bad. There are simply too many other options to waste time on a company that is unhelpful and unable to provide support. Buyer beware!
